when will my package ship
packages typically 1-2 weeks to ship and arrive at your doorsteps – depending on what you ordered. all made-to-order products take a few days up to 1 week to be made by the manufacturer and then shipped by them. other items that are packaged by me, can be expected to be shipped out within 3-5 business days. if you would like quicker shipping, please message me directly before purchasing and we can discuss shipping options and actual costs.
what payment methods do you accept
at checkout you can select from a variety of payment methods. currently all major credit and debit cards accepted. along with the option for PayPal. additionally, Klarna may be available at checkout for orders over a certain amount, however this is a 3rd party service and we are not able to personally intervene or get involved with payment issues after purchase has been made.
what is made-to order
all t-shirts, hats, scarves, tote bags, scrunchies, and some other products are made by a 3rd party manufacturer. these products are illustrated and designed by me, then printed and shipped by the manufacturer. which means these items when ordered by you will then begin the process of being made for you, then soon after shipped to your home. as mentioned above, these items can take up to a couple of weeks to arrive to your shipping destination. typically the manufacturer is able to get these done within a 2-week timeframe, however, depending on the time of year it can take longer. please keep that in mind when deciding when to order a made-to-order product.
return & exchange policy
items are not able to be exchanged or refunded at this moment. we offer store credit on a case-by-case basis determined on the issue with your item(s). paper goods (stickers, prints, etc are final sale). if an item is damaged in transit by the mailing service we do request that you share photos of damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and to submit a claim with the mailing service. if a product is in 'new condition' after receiving it – and you are wanting to exchange it for another product – please reach out via email. we require that the item(s) be shipped back, before the new item is shipped out to you. you will be responsible for any shipping costs, in order to return said item(s) and to receive a new shipment in case of an exchange.
absolutely no refunds or returns on antique/vintages goods. due to the nature of antique items, many times, they will have imperfections due to their age and usage over the years. please review all photos, item description, and details prior to purchasing to prevent any issues.
currently we offer shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico. other options are available at checkout, but I recommend reaching out to me via email to inquire about a more accurate shipping price and to handle your invoice outside of the website. If you do not see your country on the list please reach out and I will be more then happy to assist. you will be responsible for any additional fees due to shipping or customs, so please keep that in mind when shopping.
i need to make a change to my order
if you need to change your shipping address, item size/color, or something of that nature – please reach out to us as soon as possible! once an item is shipped or processed by the manufacturer, we are unable to do anything until it arrives to your home and you ship it back – so please do not delay on reaching out about any errors.
